My apple 1 watch is definitely defective, the battery has survived over 1095 charges and it's still going strong. They are rated for about 800 charges - I want compensation!

Nobody ever complained when the software maker set the wholesale and retail price of software. 30% is the norm - go and try to sell your software at Bestbuy, they will mark it up to $20.00 when you sold it for $1.00. It's the developers fault for not setting a profitable price for themselves. Too many newbies in business these days. Maybe apple should host a software business class to all the newbies.
Apple also pays the cost of credit card transactions.
Developers, Apple calculated a cost for profit and the cost to operate their systems to host your software, years ago there wasn't a chance your software would have ever been seen at a big box store. Learn to price.

Dear Mr z.  
As a reminder, you wouldn’t exist today if it wasn’t for Apple and the iPhone. Prior to iPhone there was only locked down phones. The timing was right for fb. 

Dear Microsoft, 
 We would like to congratulate your company for actually developing a functional app; but why aren't you supporting the people who actually own a pc, you do know they are all running windows 7? Probably not. You should know the reason why they don't upgrade is because you charge for the latest windows version and the people I know aren't paying for windows update, they are buying or have bought new iPads. Your business model _ucks.

I’m all in for this suit - according to Apple there was nothing wrong with my phone and if I wanted to replace the battery it would cost X.  All it does is shit down spontaneously. When I go to restart it says it’s a dead battery - the second the charger is attached, the battery is back at 75%
