Chinese developers file antitrust complaint against Apple over App Store removal policies,...
Maybe apple should say give to the developers "give a wholesale price" and then Apple Marks up the product - the problem then is that developers will complain that apple is marking up their product higher than the competitors because of a relationship. Apple's fee keeps everyone honest with no favoritism. -

Listen Developers - without Apple's App store, you would have never been notice. I recall the good old days when Best Buy only sold titles they wanted you to buy and they made a cut as well. Apple has always said to set up your own website to collect fees, so do it. If you want apple to make it easy for you, then you must pay. Besides, you aren't really paying, you can set the price to whatever the market will bear in order to cover your overhead. There is a difference between wholesaling and Retailing, you are a wholesaler and if you want to be both, go develop your own platform and operate your own store. Suck it up. -
macOS High Sierra public beta testers get second build from Apple
BY FAR the WORST BUILD EVER
The first public beta build was workable, 10.13 Beta (17A306f) is plagued with bugs. If you are thinking about public beta testing - skip this version. I can't keep up with all the bug reporting.
Some issues I'm having is Fan running all the time (iMac 27-inch, Late 2012) 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2 GB)
Bubbles appear while completing forms on safari
Flickering Safar preferences
copy and paste not always working ctrl C
computer becomes unresponsive for seconds
Try it if you'd like, but I would recommend skipping this version. -
T-Mobile users complain about iOS 10 carrier settings causing service blackouts [ux2]
As an apple public beta tester, I have been using ios 10 since it's launch and have had no problems with T-Mobile until I accepted a Carrier. My beta software has not been updated since the last update a 1 or 2 ago. Perhaps it is an Apple issue, but I really feel it is a T-mobile issue. My first encounter with he problem was yesterday while driving 3 hours to my destination.
