Apple TV fills the needs of middle class families with teenage kids. Call it an expensive NBC, it’s my go to channel for the two or so nights a week we all sit in front of the TV together. Shows like Ted Lasso, Trying, Servant, and Defending Jacob are an excellent mix of family shows without being condescending to any age group. Netflix is churning out too much mass production without much thought; and Disney... well they only have one show, and HBO is not available internationally yet. Back catalogue is overrated: let Netflix play that game and focus on good original content. The best apps for that are now Apple TV+ and BBC iPlayer. 

Does anyone know if this improves only payments with the iPhone, or also with Apple Watch? I have been using the Apple Watch on the tube for years but unfortunately, it fails at least twice a week, causing delays and some embarrassment (anything to do with tokenisation? I don’t know). 

In case they are reading this: the only reason that I stopped reading Conde Nast electronic editions, including the one on Apple, is that the electronic version is dismal, just a PDF of the print edition. Unreadable even on iPads, even worse oniPad Mini or iPhone. And to think it was so good only one year ago but then they discontinued the dedicated electronic edition.

Are you saying you wont use them because you have to take the charging case with you, to get 24 hours worth of use out of them? The CHARGING CASE is too large to take on an international flight? I don't know if you use the current AirPods, but you don't have to worry about the charging case, it is tiny; and you will need one at your destination anyway (even for the Bose ones).

And since revenues are concentrated to the top 10% - 20%, counting all 1.9 million developers as "jobs" is disingenuous. If someone spends only a fraction of their time working for you, then you should count only that fraction as a "supported job". Basic accounting 101, really.
