Perhaps Apple could relent but put a major “Privacy Warning” on the page where you download the dangerous apps, and require purchaser to opt-in to download any dangerous app. I would be ok with that.

Yes, TP-Link is Mainland Chinese.

I'm not really arguing with you, but a company with a physical presence in country X does not necessarily mean that they are incorporated in country X. For example, Foxconn has its factories in mainland China but it's not a Chinese company - it's Taiwanese. And yet the press usually calls them a "Chinese company."

Could the podcats be provided as part of the $9/month Apple TV service?

And could Apple potentially provide those podcasts to other services who agree to the monthly fee, even for a discount?

How come you're allowed to claim every financial benefit but corporations aren't? Why are you special and different?

Apple doesn't own itself. Its stockholders own it. Little people. You probably have Apple stock without knowing it. Through your bank and your pension and your investments. You are Apple.

It's not the main reason, but one reason I've avoided laptops is the narrow function key row. The keys were slimmer. I have big fingers so I don't like tiny keys. I'm currently using an iMac which has full size function keys on its keyboard. The Touch Bar looks just as slim as laptop function keys.
