  • Hands on with Apple's new Memoji stickers in iOS 13

Such a childish waste of time, I'm sure it'll help them sell iPhones by the bucket load.
    Embarrassing feature.
Y'all need to get over yourselves. I've had good fun with my family & friends using emoji and animoji, and we're not gonna stop because some Very Serious People (tm) think it's silly.

The fact that you even say it's going to help sell devices means you acknowledge it's a value-add, but you simply don't like it. How pretentious. Care to list all of your personal likes? I'm sure we could tell you that something you enjoy is dumb, too.
    ^ This

Shit I have fun with this stuff.  I have a group of friends that I talk to daily in the same text conversation for years now. We all are have jobs and responsibilities in our 40's.. it's fun to cut loose and laugh a little with a well timed GIF or animoji comment. Laughter and some fun is good for the body and soul. I think more folks need to realize that.

  • iTunes isn't dead! It's faster, streamlined and renamed Apple Music in macOS Catalina

FLAC support?! It is baked into mac os for a few generations now (play them from finder with preview). Licensing isn't an issue (and they do license dolby atmos etc) ALAC didn't catch on, and has a few minor disadvantages from FLAC, not to mention availability on 3rd party purchase sites including HDtracks.
How has Apple Lossless not caught on?  It's also been open source since 2011 so nothing proprietary to worry about?

Here is a list of sites that offer ALAC and FLAC as well as WAV and AIFF file formats..

This is from the HDtracks webiste..

HDtracks offers WAV, AIFF, ALAC and FLAC file formats.

  • Apple bumps up 4G App Store download limit for iPhones & iPads to 200MB

Let users override it. I have unlimited data. These restrictions are silly.
I agree and I am on unlimited also, but many folks are not....even in 2019.  As someone else mentioned I can see kids blowing up mom or dad's data and within a few months there is a class action lawsuit. It's a shame that Apple has to walk this line to appease some of their customer base and frustrate others at the same time.

  • Apple cutting older iPhone production, 2019 iPhone schedule on track says supply chain rep...

Anyone else think Apple is releasing new models to quickly?  They’re sapping the excitement...

Having a year old $1000 phone that is obsolete must be annoying...

On the bright side, the XR is going to be an even better value...
Please explain how the XS Max I have in my pocket right now will suddenly be obsolete in 3 months?  You can't.. because it won't be. Comments like this are what sap the excitement between releases.. sheesh.

Apple deems products obsolete that have been discontinued more than 7 years ago FYI..

  • Editorial: If you can't see a market for the new iPod touch, you aren't looking very hard

I will buy new iPod with an A12 inside it but the A10 is 3 years old, going on 4 years in September! Only a fool would buy this dated components inside the iPod.

Please explain why the A10 wouldn't be able to power small device like this for years to come?

"3 years old, going on 4 years in September!"

It will be 3 years old in September actually...  It was introduced with the iPhone 7 and 7Plus Sept 7 2016.
