You beat me to it.  Really surprised hearing about a condo….  Surely a huge private mansion is not needed by anybody,  but a single private home is desirable one would think.  The only advantage of a condo would seem to be less time spent in maintenance.  It is probably a nice condo though.  Maybe has many amenities on the grounds too.
