I had the same problem. Rather than go to a Verizon store or authorized retailer. Use the Verizon chat. The retail folks get paid commission and will try to sell you something or change your plan. I solved it in less than 15 minutes without leaving my house via Verizon chat. A few questions/validation and the new IMEI and my Apple Watch 10 was back on my cellular plan with no additional changes. The support tech via chat could not have been more helpful and ensured that my watch was activated.

Nothing fake about it… I had my butterfly keyboard replaced twice. Did you try and type on that POS for 2+ years? I did.

Just received my well earned $395 check today.

We’ve had a bunch issues with screen time sync across devices. We have a special needs child and screen time has been huge benefit to control both positive engagement and negative activities. On a regular basis, changes made do not sync properly across devices and we wind with apps being downloaded that he should not have access to.

Restarts, airplane mode on/off and other measure eventually work but in may cases it just doesn’t work. 

More buffoonary from the bureaucrats…Let’s let a bunch of unelected morons control our destiny. Wait that have already decided that know better (via lobby $$$) that everything should be USB C, yet nitwits that control the USB branding and tech specs can’t get out of their own way. Great Job!
