  • This dongle can upgrade you to wireless CarPlay for cheap

    ...
Best of all, you can finally use a wireless charger.
    ...
Seems like they should come up with an adapter that integrates wireless CarPlay with a wireless charger.
Another advantage to having wireless CarPlay is that you can use an 18w (or greater) USB-C fast charger rather than the wired CarPlay connection which most often, even in new cars, is still an old-style USB port that charges more slowly.

No real need for a special adapter to integrate wireless CarPlay with a wireless charger; once you have a device like the one reviewed here, just plug a wireless charger into a 12v power outlet and use that for charging as the wireless CarPlay adapter does its thing.

  • Apple's Tim Cook will 'take a look' at controversial Saudi app used to track women

Yes, we need to police Saudi Arabia....
This isn't "policing" Saudi Arabia. They are not being asked here to change their laws. Apple and Google - private companies, not the government - are merely being asked not to approve and put an app on their app stores can be used for nefarious purposes, for which they profit from when downloaded. This is something Apple does with every app submission and this one isn't being singled out or treated differently.

  • Review: New Tile Mate and Tile Pro with replaceable batteries, premium subscription plan

None of the reviews I've seen of the new Tiles mention that the replaceable battery comes at the cost of waterproofing, as well as somewhat larger size and heavier weight. The old Tile Style and Sport both were IP68 rated, meaning they could withstand being dropped in deep water for a long period of time, as well as being completely impervious to dirt and dust (the old Mate was rated for shallower water up to 1m). The new ones though are rated only IP55, meaning they can withstand just water being splashed on it at most.
