  • Best Buy shifts to curbside store service to fight coronavirus [u: reopening]

    Isn't this old news?

I remember getting emails from best buy a long time ago about their curbside pickup.

As for employees following customers around the store and each customer getting their own personal shadow, I suppose that one added benefit is that it's a pretty good way to cut down on theft. :D

Anyway, more and more places are going to begin starting to open up soon I think. This lockdown stuff has outplayed its welcome in my opinion.

I also agree with Elon Musk about the comments he made during the TSLA conference call.
A cranky old man that has no care for other lives would agree with Musk. It’s funny how all healthcare workers are begging people to stay home so they don’t have to deal with more deaths and people like you who don’t care what the experts say.

  • Apple says iOS Mail vulnerabilities do not pose immediate threat, patch coming

Man, I love Apple but they always skirt around when they fuck up and NEVER admit to it. It’s always something with them and trying to miss direct. I’d like them a whole ton better if, when they fuck up, they’d just say they fucked it and say they are going to make it better.

Hope it’s not going to be one of those situations where Apple has a bug in their API and Google uses it to opt folk in, even though they opted out.
Of course it’d be you being so snarky right off the bat. Get over yourself and just enjoy the reason these companies are working together. Just once. For one freaking day.

And here’s my pet peeve for the day. Bloggers are still using the term iMessage. You see it all the time. THERE IS NO SUCH APP AS IMESSAGE ANY MORE.  For several macOs iterations now it’s been renamed to just ‘Messages’. Why would a blog writer, especially one employed by AppleInsider, still be calling it iMessage? We’re in Catalina and iOS 13.4 now. Get with the correct name.
    iMessage, iMessage, iMessage!!!

You get so upset about the dumbest things. Who cares what people call it? That’s what it was for a long time and how people learned to say it. Get over yourself before you give yourself a heart attack.
