I’ve long felt that Apple and their privacy first stance should just stay out of the advertising business. The revenue is just not worth the antitrust attention it draws. 

I was hoping for an Air to Air comparison. That’s likely to have better parity than a Pro to Pro comparison, and by extension, better adoption. Pros have more specific needs whereas Air users have more general workflows that iPads would have solutions for. My daughter is doing her Masters and her MacBook Air is getting long in the tooth. If it dies, she’ll try to have a go at it with just her iPad Air. She has a monitor keyboard and trackpad for the MacBook,  she’ll just use that when she’s working from home. She thinks library work will be her Achilles heel. 

The tax man could argue my malicious compliance because I use every letter of the law I can to pay the least amount of taxes possible. Anything more is fiscally irresponsible. 

I think they’ll still have blue and green bubbles. It’s just that the green bubble fallback option will be RCS and have more functionality than SMS. They won’t have the same level of encryption or the “surprise and delight” features like Memoji. Hence the need to still distinguish RCS from iMessage. 

They're building M3 chips for the Pro and Max MacBook Pros.  They need to also sell the iMac as a way to offload all the binned chips since the yield is still low.
