This is my concern.  Bad idea (but i realize that Samsung wants to find a way to recoup some money on the devices they needed to take back from consumers.)

To me, this is not really Apple PAY... it is "Touch ID Authentication".

As I understand it, no money will be passing through the iPhone.  Instead, the ATM will simply be accepting the user's fingerprint -- via Touch ID -- as a substitute for a physical ATM card.  Maybe the answer lies in packaging: Apple has packaged NFC + TouchID in a single Apple Pay framework for developers, even  though you can use it for situations that don't really involve a payment?

My fave:  "Set volume 60%"

i.e., go directly to the target volume, not just incrementally "louder" or "softer".

It will be interesting to see if these (with their W1 chip) exhibit the same intermittent connection problems that have affected some AirPods users (especially with 6s phones).  Knowing that -- either way -- would help diagnose the AirPods root cause.
