I didn’t feel Stage Manager at all. Felt like a waste of screen real estate. I sincerely hope you can hide both the dock and the stage manager stacks while you’re in Stage manager. And even use full screen views with floating windows. Maybe half a full screen and some windows on the side. Flexibility. I really didn’t feel it, what I was seeing. 🥶

I tried it briefly at an Apple store. At this size I feel that 60fps is a pretty limiting factor. Moving around windows, moving the cursor and everything just feels a little choppy in 60fps. Perhaps I've just grown accustomed to my iPad Pro, and M1pro MacBook screens. High refresh rate is really nice on my eyes.

Is the PEEK "typo" in the invitation meant to hint at a sneak peek of the future performance you think? Maybe even the Mac Pro?

They're waiting for the 20" iPad. That'll be big enough ;-)

New concepts is super fun. Touch keyboard is not. It could be a very elegant product though. For me, I’m much more interested in a 20” display with Apple Pencil support in landscape mode. But I doubt a foldable will be Pencil compatible, due to requiring a somewhat softer more flexible screen surface?
