  • 'M2' chip to arrive in early 2022 in a colorful MacBook Air, says leaker

Biggest question for me is whether M2 will be more powerful than the M1X. That would feel pretty awkward after possibly having bought a M1X pro computer and a short time thereafter it’s outperformed by a new consumer laptop. But I guess in the first couple of generations we might see big strides, especially in graphics.

  • Apple suppliers gearing up for new AirPods, MacBook Pro releases in late 2021

For the Macbook Air though, these kind of color options would be nice
Yeah I was around when that iBook was introduced. In retrospect referred to as the Toilet Seat iBook? 😜 I just hope that they keep the flirtatious consumer design and the pro design separate. I can imagine the design team trying out a sick amount of ideas… some wanting to be bold, some more conservative. And after the departure of Jony Ives they must be feeling the pressure to both live up to the high standards, at the same time as wanting to redefine the design. It's like as if they're in a pinch. Fingers crossed!

  • Apple reveals iOS 15 with FaceTime Spatial Audio and connectedness focus

Focus is welcomed. The current Do Not Disturb displays all sorts of notifications when the device is on. It’s pretty much useless. I really hope Focus will change that. But it got me worried when he said the new Focus will sync across all devices. On my Mac and iPad I NEVER want notifications. They’re my work machines. My focus machines. My phone is where the need for Focus is. Crossing my fingers for them setting it up in a somewhat flexible way.

  • Redesigned colored MacBook Air shown off in new renders

If it wasn’t for the white frame I’d love it. The only way they can get out of this with pride  and style, is if they introduce a bezel-less screen ;-)

  • M1 chip and Thunderbolt come to Apple's 11-inch iPad Pro

Cool. Would’ve loved if they said “Hey, the Apple Pencil doesn’t slide on the glass anymore... We’ve changed the composite of the Apple pencil nib, and nano etched the iPad screen in a way that feels very natural to draw on, even when iPad is full of finger smudges”... They didn’t however...
