You're missing the point. The IRS was contracting with a military aligned third party for this security and they would be selling the information to other entities. 

When they tell you we’re the good guys, remember.

Since the government always comes to the rescue of the moneyed class, my bets are, when BItCoin collapses, our taxes will be used to prop it up.

Analysts never know anything. They are marketing stock guidances for investors who want to make sell or buy decisions near term. 

But the truth is, for every analyst predicting negative, there are analysts predicting positive. 

Who you listen to is based on one's biases and people simply listen to those whose biases match theirs.
