So did these folks "apps" violate the terms of service. If yes, tell us which ones. Give us a list. If they didn't violate the terms of service, then is it an issue?

Do people still watch network news, I mean commentary. Apple unlikely to release first 5G iPhone until 2020 or later
When you sell a product that your customers expect to last 4 years or more you better be sure that the technology you put inside is the right stuff. Apple will not be late to the game, they will just make sure they have the rights pieces to play the game to win.
