I personally think that face id is brilliant. Just wish I had it on my iPad as well. The user interface on the X without the home button is so incredibly intuitive.

3 more family members made the move to iOS in the last few months. Have yet to see one go the other way.

AirPort Express hardware is too old. It doesn't even support 802.11 AC. The only reason Apple still keeps it around because of the AirPlay feature.

I dont use it as a router, just an extender. It does that real well. Have 802.11AC separately via a time capsule.

The total addressable market for HomePod is limited to the 40Million Apple Music Subscribers. I would not expect all of them to want or need one or more HomePods. That being said, we love ours and it does what it does very well. But to make this a 2 or 3 million a quarter seller Apple will need to either dramatically improve Siri and or provide support for any and all music streaming services.
