Spotify could use a bit more imagination and look at retailers outside of tech; Apple only recently started selling a limited products at local Costco at a competitive price. Costco not only sells 3rd party brands such as Apple, it also sells Kirkland branded products that competes with the major brands.

Years ago(1996), I/we won Apple's best website design using a Mac, and the prize was a QuickTake 150 (one of early digital camera) with a leather case. The winner should at least get some Apple merchandise based on how the photos will be used.

Of course the Chinese government likes to think that every charge against a Chinese company is politically motivated. But why is Meng Wanzhou, the CFO so special? Why is Huawei special? If AT&T's CFO was arrested in France, would Americans boycott French wines? I think the boycotts in China are politically motivated themselves. Huawei is a government owned/controlled company and the CFO is the daughter of politically connected founder. China likes to play up the importance of 5G, but at the end of the day, it is just another wireless standard. Like any standards, it does not do you any good if nobody wants to play with you.

iPad 6 (2018) was on sale on Amazon for $229 and it was quickly sold out. So the demand is there for a new iPads even if it does not have the latest tech. One of my kid prefers the iPad mini for its size and I would love to update it next year. If Apple would have the mini's on sale for $199 then I would get 2.

In my PC overclock days, I used Goof Off to clean the heatsink and the processor to clean the existing thermal paste. Alcohol pads were never enough to clean or make a difference. Also back in the days, I used solid copper heatsinks for better thermal dissipation, not just reuse the same heatsink. Lastly, Artic-Silver at the time requires several heat/cool cycles to change its crystallization structure for best results. I got best results after the first week of normal use.
