But stop before you go anorexic.  Please.  That also takes courage.  

    (The trick would have been to addict everyone to the AirPods and then, after a few Generations of AirPod improvement, THEN ditch the headphone jack).  
    There's a thing called a battery case for people like you who needed extended battery life.

    For the rest of us, we enjoy the beautiful slim design. Why should the rest of us suffer with a thick ass phone, when its only the 1% like you that need extreme battery usage?
    It's not only 1%. It's the most requested feature from a smartphone, from the users themselves. Question is, is Apple at the point where it does not listen to the users any more. Hopefully it does. I don't recall seeing thin-ness being at the top of the wish-list. The design can be as beautiful as you want, if it is not practical, people will use thick cases.

    It's simple. The Skylake architecture for the E5 class of Xeon processors was originally road mapped for Late 2015 and haas been delayed by Intel until early 2017.  It has nothing to do with Apple, it has everything to do with their vendor, Intel.
    Just like between people, when something bad happens and you explain yourself, it makes whatever bad thing happened easier to deal with, same thing will Apple. Would it kill them to explain why they have not updated their Mac Pro?

    In my opinion, the Apple Watch is trying to be too many things, and have too many features (some of which are downright silly and awkward: sending someone your heartbeat?). Think of the ipod, did some things really well, did not try to be too many things. I recently purchased a fitbit charge 2, and I like that is cheaper than the Apple Watch and has longer battery life. It is also smaller. I don't need hi res screen on my wrist. Another thing, who goes jogging with a watch without a phone? What if there is an emergency? How about listening to music? So, Apple should have specialized the Apple watch more, and cut some features. Too late now, they'll probably just wait for the battery life and technology to catch up, and barring Ive's not trying to make it thinner than it is, in a few years, the battery will be acceptable, for all the features it has. I definitely would have taken an Apple watch, cheaper, led screen, and much longer battery life, and more simple. Remember the "people don't want a computer on their TV"? Well, people don't want a computer on their wrist.
