I'm sorry but is it at all possible for Microsoft to release anything without copying Apple? That whole video was literally the same intro video for the 2016 MacBook Pro, even down to the clip with the colored powders on the screen. Come on! Can't you do anything without copying Apple, Microsoft??? Not even a simple intro video????
A simple intro video? It's a lot harder then you think. But of course you are right it's almost an Apple video.
I do know how hard it is. And it's not hard at all. Making a video to showcase your product is not all that difficult, if you know what you are doing. What Microsoft did was lazy and without taste. Simply copying someone else's video verbatim is lazy and tasteless. And that's besides the fact that Microsoft's whole business has been built by ripping off others.

And if if you don't believe me, go watch the videos side by side. They are virtually identical, except Microsoft's doesn't have Jonny Ive narrating it.

  • Samsung suspends production of Galaxy Note 7, AT&T and T-Mobile stop offering replacements

I hate to say it, but karma bites and Samsung is getting everything they deserved. To Steve Jobs, it's a damn shame you could not be alive today to see the implosion of Samsung. But I know full well you are smiling and laughing above the clouds because those damn copycats are getting EXACTLY what they deserved. You reap what you sow people. And Samsung is losing the thermonuclear war, which is especially ironic since the bombs are coming from their own factories.

  • Too soon? Apple's new iPhone 7 ruffles feathers with Lightning audio, Home button changes

I think the Airpods were developed/thought of before the EarPods. Like remember in the iPhone 5 announcement how much time they spent talking about how they 3-D scanned hundreds of ears to find the perfect shape for a headphone? I think this was for the ultimate goal of developing/designing the Airpods, but the other technologies weren't viable yet, so they made them wired. This makes sense, for there are people (Tim Cook and others) who have said that the Airpods do not fall out due to their shape. But the wired ones do because of the wires. So I think Apple went about redesigning headphones in 2012 with the intention of making them wireless but had to make wired ones since wireless and battery technologies hadn't caught up yet. This is purely speculation, but it makes sense.

  • Some US airlines prohibiting use of any Samsung phones in wake of Note 7 recall

My brother got the Note 7 (despite me telling him not to get it, whatever his loss) and they have been giving him hell. He bought it through Best Buy and Samsung is telling him and their Best Buy reps one thing, then he gets an email from Best Buy telling him something else, then goes in store to hear something entirely different. This has been going on for over a week now. Samsung's distribution model with retailers and carriers screws over consumers. Like the Samsung rep on the phone told him that Samsung couldn't do anything because he bought it through Best Buy instead of AT&T. My reply was that my iPhone 6 Plus was bought at Best Buy but when I had an issue with the display, an hour at the Apple Store fixed everything, no misinformation or anything. Also remember when the iPhone 5 had a battery replacement program? That went so smoothly. Not like this mess.
