Apple plans low-cost MacBook based on iPhone processor
Curious what tradeoffs will be made. Most of the 'cost' is in the profit on the base and upgrades like RAM. Does this need to compete with Chromebooks?

This is so weirdly un-Apple. Was this a marketing thing? Why would someone be so stupid as to touch this major piece of branding and identity in the first place? There is no logical reason for this, except extreme lack of direction and quality control.

The dumbest thing for Apple would be to introduce a chat-bot, it's not a great interface for AI.
