2020 iPad Pro versus the 2018 iPad Pro features compared
I love my gen 3 iPad Pro.
The only reason I'd get the refreshed version is if they have sorted out the data transfer speed from the USB-C side. If this is usable with eg: transferring files from a camera or video recorder it would be a game changer.
The magic keyboard with a trackpad will be impossible to resist however.

Apple pulls all customer reviews from online Apple Store
I guess App Store reviews will remain, one rule for Apple, another for third party software developers.
My app has 4 stars so I'm happy enough, but I do hate the many reviews that complain about the price of my app being as much as a sandwich and a soda, as though I somehow write and maintain the code in my sleep rather than sweating blood over it.

Apple says it's been losing money on its repair programs
I left an iPad Pro (512Gb) 12.9" in the sun. It was my mistake. The screen was permanently discoloured, but it still worked perfectly well.
Apple 'repaired' it for a payment of around £40.
The repair consisted of giving me a brand new £1200 iPad Pro.
This repair was in the first 12 months and did not require purchasing AppleCare+
Note that Apple replaced the iPad Pro because it was unrepairable, the old iPad will be recycled. So they essentially absorbed the whole manufacturing cost because I made a silly mistake.
The problem with the government set on interfering in Apple's business is that they might just ruin this brilliant deal for the rest of us.

Tim Cook sees AirPods Pro as a complement to AirPods, not a replacement
Got them on day 1, I liked the AirPods for convenience but they never fitted my ears properly.
The new ones fit well with the largest silicone tips (big ears, small nose me) and the noise cancellation is as good as I would have expected from an in-ear design.
I may keep my existing pods as a spare set, but the new ones are a good upgrade, especially as the price includes the wireless charging which I thought was an unnecessary extra expense before. -
Apple expected to launch AR Glasses in early 2020
The helmet sounds like a strange concept for Apple. But here's a speculation for the fun of it.
iOS 13 betas have exposed that Apple have two AR headsets in the lab, perhaps one is the glasses and one is the helmet.
The glasses probably have a relatively low data bandwidth to the master phone. Also imagine all the fashion constraints described above, there will be limited frame designs, probably one with 2-3 sizes.
The functionality of the glasses will be to support things such as navigation, information etc. like a Google Glass done better, but with far better AR sensing, ranging etc. Information rich but not media rich applications are possible with the relatively low data rate transmission between a phone and the glasses. Limited mixed-reality capabilities may be possible at the initial launch, but a focus on practical applications with a little fun tossed in, perhaps a spin on those Animoji's.
Full-on AR and MR (mixed reality) with lightweight glasses communicating with a phone would need a very powerful high bandwidth communication channel, maybe that will come later.
The helmet would not use a phone as its co-processor, it would actually be a fully specced device in there. The functionality of the helmet would be entertainment, though it could have niche practical applications. With the helmet full 3D mixed reality applications would be possible, imagine Microsoft Hololens but with an Arcade and Apple TV subscription. It would provide a new paradigm in entertainment and should be thought of as a wearable Playstation rather than an AR headset. It could have both Wifi and 5G connectivity.
