Judge orders Apple can't block Epic's Unreal Engine, Fortnite to remain banned
The judge did not find that Apple was right, she just found that Epic could not definitively prove Apple was wrong. She essentially said "keep things the way they are until the court can hear this at a trial." She did the same thing for Epic; Apple can't terminate its developer account until after the courts hear the full case. I wouldn't read too much into this either way. The judge just kicked the can down the road and ensured consumers wouldn't be adversely affected until a final decision can be made. -
Epic seeks 'coalition' of Apple critics as fight over App Store policies intensifies

Editorial: Are Apple's incremental iOS 13 & macOS Catalina updates enough?
Is it too much to ask that we be given more control over our home screens? Notifications and the widget screen are nice, but I would like to have the ability to pin an active display of just a few apps to the home screen. Something like the weather, email headers from people in my VIP list, new iMessage summaries, etc. I know that sounds just like Android widgets and Windows Phone live tiles, but that is pretty much what I would think Apple is capable of with 12 years of development in iOS. -
Apple debuts iPhone 11 Pro from $999 with triple rear camera

Will keep my iPhone XS Max for another year.
5G, when it arrives, just means faster loading web pages when not on wifi. Big whoop.
I didn't expect much more as I stated in my post.
You may post a lot but I'm sure many people would agree that LATELY (so you don't take it out of context) Apple's iPhones have been evolutionary rather than revolutionary.

...iterative product development is the name of the game. It’s how we got from the original iPhone/Mac/Watch/whatever to the current versions, or iterations. They're tools, they aren't designed to alleviate you of boredom on a Tuesday afternoon.

Half the states in the US reportedly ready to launch Google antitrust investigation
Mississippi's AG has had it out for Google for years.
I'm not saying Google doesn't need reining in some, but AG Hood does seem like he has an axe to grind.
