On the subject of tracing, I often need to take an image from my iPad Pro to paper. For example, I might do a rough sketch on the iPad using Apple Pencil, then I might want to trace that onto some watercolour paper for hand painting. To do this I use a really simple but useful little App called "Lightbox Trace". It allows me to place an image on the screen and lock all finger input so that I can place my paper on the screen and trace with a pencil without any unwanted screen input. Very useful.

I was not in a particular hurry to upgrade to iOS12. I was busy and didn't really care either way - but the nagging tactics that Apple employs and the infuriating tactic of making me punch in my pin every time I dismissed a nag to update wore me down and eventually I just did it for peace sake. So I wonder how many others did the same thing. Nagging users to death until they upgrade can hardly be counted as enthusiastic adoption.
