    My wife just received her 16" MBP and it's a really nice machine. You do have to see these things in person to appreciate them. I'm debating whether I want to go with the 16" or 14" myself, when the time comes to replace my 2016 15" MBP. This helped me compare the two options and I'm closer to making the decision now than before I read it. I've flip flopped on screen size in the past, with a 17" 2008 MBP and a 12" PB as my last two Macs before this one. I loved different things about each one!

    Quite the non-sequitur, there. You say that because you don't want repairable devices, nobody else should be allowed to choose them either. The market is a place where competitors can and should be able to offer different alternatives.
