This is a fine idea but:

1. I want to transfer this data out of iCloud, which should allowed by Apple. I don’t want a lock in to their ecosystem just because I can’t access my keys outside iDevices.

2. What happens when I need to login to accounts via routers, TV’s and other appliances? OAuth delegation? Apple’s solution shouldn’t hinder me.

I’m hoping for another simple feature that now requires an app: “Paste unformatted”, removing any formatting and just pasting it as plain text.

Yep, it's called Luddite Mode, a quick click of the button and you'll be taken back in time, click it enough times and your device becomes an abacus.

Haha, funny sarcastic little man. If you recall, Apple Mail has had a "classic mode" for years, and Finder has many customisation options in how it should present itself. There is no reason why an app like Safari cannot be customised as such, especially since it deviates from the standard operating system looks on how tabs are rendered.
