China has been taking advantage of the US markets for many decades restricting/charging huge tariffs for products made in the US and past US Presidents and Congress have done NOTHING to change this. President Trump has said enough of this! In order to bring about a level playing field between China and US trade there is going to be some suffering. But this is the only way to force communist China to change it's way. Apple will survive. They might have to lower their sky high margins and lower the outrageous prices on their iPhones but in the end an even playing field between the US and China will only help America and it's workers.

Let's remember that Apple and so many other countries moved all their manufacturing to China years ago to get away from US EPA and labor regulations here in the US. Apple talks a big game but they like China because of it's cheap labor and little to no environmental regulations not to mention all the labor lawsuits they would face here in the US.

Lawyers are the scourge of the earth. All they care about is billable hours and making tons of money off class action lawsuits where most of the money goes to the lawyers. Btw, most politicians are lawyers. Should tell you something....

HAHA. Looks like people are starting to wake up and refusing to pay these outrageous prices just to keep Cook's sky high profit margins going. At least I hope that's the case. So crazy to spend 1k or more on a damn phone!

It's millions of haters/losers/idiots all over the world having a collective orgasm at hearing this news. Seems they can only be happy when there's bad news about Apple.

I've been an Apple users for decades. I only started cheering against Apple when Cook took over and started raising the prices on everything. Up until now there's been enough suckers to keep the stock rocketing through the roof. Hopefully people have gotten more sense now and will refuse to pay these outrageous prices just so Apple can keep their insane profit margins going.

He's probably buying more Apple just to offset his huge losses on the stock hoping it will go back up to over $200 in the next few years. He wasn't very smart to put 25% of the money he controls in 1 company. That's really a rookie mistake.
