This is another reason Apple isn’t putting USB-C on iPhones anytime soon IMO. Too much confusion as to what the cable is capable of. The last photo shows several cables that appear to be the same yet are completely different. My Son had a certain Anker USB-C cable for his MacBook to charge with. It wouldn’t charge his MacBook but would charge my iPad Pro. Same brick, different cable and his MacBook charges fine. While convenient, USB-C is just as inconvenient with all the variations and capabilities that aren’t visible on the outside.

This happen because a few people decide to compliant and thought they could pay all their bill on being a cab driver using all their own resources. Then woke up one day and realize what they were making did not cover their cost and decide they should be employee.
This new law affected more than just Gig workers, it affected people who get payed big $ to be consultant, this force them to set up LLC and be an employee of the LCC and then contract out their services, which they have to pay the government $500 each year renew the LLC business license.
Then add in the rolling blackout Calf is forcing onto their citizens, because they shut down all their power generation plants and forgot solar power does not work at night and windmills do not product as much energy at night since winds slow down when the sun goes down. The have more than enough power during the day, but not at night.
Got some really bright people running the state in Calf.This is what you get when you have nothing but ultra liberals running anything. Push regulation to the point you drive out business and all forms of private innovation.

So I guess everyone thinks Google and apple should lose money or have to pay out of pocket To run the servers necessary to harvest all the App’s data and transaction info for the millions of people accessing it at any moment? Are we not allowed to make profit? Are we not allowed to have innovation and prosperity? I guess the innovation these days is to see who can come up with the best lawsuit against the biggest companies in the world. I call BS

Pages converts almost everything perfectly from office and when in doubt you can always export as a PDF for resumes and the like. Between that and all the collaboration features on google docs and slides I just don't get why anyone would pay for office.
