I don't want to talk for Sira, but you seem to take every comment or question as an attack. It could even be a complaint made in frustration but it may not necessarily be an attack. And not everything is resolved by banning and refunding. Quite the opposite. You are much smarter than that. Let's have peace.
Even if you feel attacked you should just say your piece about the TB and do not engage in a war of words. It would help quite a lot if your responses were more detailed in product- technical & project data, and 100% on the TB and nothing else (no sarcasm, snide remarks, anger, etc).
It does not look good of you as you represent a company. It works against you.
(And if you truly believe there is an obscure "Oppo PR" against you, you are just helping them out this way. I obviously do not believe in it BTW).
You sometimes draw parallels between Waytools and Apple and Tesla. Have you ever seen Apple, Ford, Logitech, etc. having this kind of arguments with customers / ex-customers on forums ? Pls reflect on that. (And no, this is not an attack. I am trying to help you).

I could not agree more. I even wrote a few posts asking everybody to get back on topic, and also asking not to attack DBK.

I do not think I said stuff that was out of bounds but if you felt "attacked" by anything I said I sincerely apologize. That was not my intention.

Just using this venue to to ask questions on the TB and try to get some answers as I cannot do that at WTF as I was (unfairly from my perspective) banned.

What can you share on the project status in terms of what are remaining milestones BESIDES the firmware update? (on which you already mentioned you will post an update this month on your site).

The above statement is absolutely correct. I have exchanged notes with some (before being banned) and a lot were very helpful and objective..
Being fair with DBK he does share usage insights & info that is useful. And he is willing to interact. He might be verbose, and might get easily derailed into useless debates, and perhaps sometimes not objective enough, but I disagree when people just attack him.  You might disagree with him (I strongly do on some points), but these attacks feel like shooting the messenger.

I try to not "take the bait", and focus only about the TB, and project. And ask WayTools_Support directly.

Nevertheless, I DO enjoy a lot most of these exchanges. I read them all. Pls carry on. (Post 666 of Alexonline priceless)
I just think we are not getting much useful info FROM WT when we get distracted into semantics, etc etc.

ok, thanks for the response. Will wait for it guess. But just to clarify just want to know in the broadest terms if there are other significant topics remaining to be addressed beyond the firmware rewrite. That is all I am asking
