If “important” people just keep echoing the same mantra over and over again, without having really defined what it is, the rest of the world will fill in the blanks and eventually make sense out of it.

Mark doesn’t even know what the metaverse is yet. He just keeps pouring money into the concept, and repeating how important it is.
