iPhone blamed for including journalist in highly classified bombing plans

Authors can no longer publish to Apple Books directly from Pages
Maybe this is all just to avoid… class actions.
Suppose you use Apple Intelligence's tools in Pages when writing a book.
If someone ‘thinks’ that your book breaks on his/her IP… And Pages publishes it.
To whom will want to sue… Apple or Lord William's Publishing House?
As LWPH ‘must’ publish the book ‘personally’… any IP breakage by AI tools will be his whole responsibility!

Odd Apple Maps bug showing users random airport baggage claim spots
I will neither defend nor attack Apple Maps… but there could be another reason.
The fact that this occurs on too zoomed vies make me think that.
In the last times… several airlines had been added ‘claim luggage AirTag’ tother apps.
If some coded erroneously the identifier or other info… it could be the reason.
Someone should check if this happens for only one airline or for a group of airlines —maybe sharing the same developer— or in all the cases. -

Apple will try to right the Apple Intelligence Siri ship, but don't expect firings
Why do people… almost always… expects ‘others to be fired’? (Obviously… never they.)
That people… posible… made a mistake, or even a lot.
Then… you want them to be fired. So, the company must hire new people…
…How do we assure that they won't do the same… or even worser… mistakes?
Maybe the only thing that is needed is a clarification or redefinition of the goals, timeframe, and controls.
Of course, we all remember that after the failure of MobileMe's launch Steve Jobs fired the team.
In the Maps fiasco… the —maybe only— person fired was because he did not want to sigh the apology.
And the real solution after those debacles was a change in the head of the project… Eddy Cue took the internet services.Life is to have experiences. If the experience turns out as we expected, we call it ‘success,’ otherwise we call it ‘failure.’ But they are only experiences! The only ‘real’ failure is to not learn from experience.
