  • Analysis: Apple not likely to enter the foldable market before 2027

How many times needs Tim Cook repite: “Not the first, the best”… so that bloggers, leakers, news sites, analysts… stop worrying of… Apple being late to any party?

Do we remember how late it was to the cellphone market… or with the introduction of 5G… or with AI?
    And where is Apple now?
On the other hand… Samsung et las already sell foldable! Let buy one!

  • Analysis: Apple Vision Pro sells well, but needs more content faster

I do not know why so many journalist, ‘analysts,’ bloggers… are unable to make themselves our of they anxiety… and think that Apple is stupid… As for Vision Pro… this all happened before. In 2007, when Apple released the first iPhone 3G —well, maybe, some ‘analysts’ were still in indergarten—, Apple said that ‘We expect to have —I do not remember exactly— 1% or something similar by the end of 2008.’ Then ‘analysts’ were speculating if they must calculate the ‘year’ from June 07 to June 08… or to dec 08… all just to fill pages of words. Where is Apple iPhone now? #1 in the US market, going up and down from #1 to #3 in global markets —but with other cellphone makers selling mostly cheaper ones—. And the AppStore did not came out until 2008! So… obviously that VisionPro needs more content… but most probably Apple already knows that. (And, by example, is making a soccer field ready for 3D transmisións!)

  • Apple's study proves that LLM-based AI models are flawed because they cannot reason

quote: “"We found no evidence of formal reasoning in language models," the new study concluded. The behavior of LLMS "is better explained by sophisticated pattern matching" which the study found to be "so fragile, in fact, that [simply] changing names can alter results."”

Obviously… AI does not send for ‘Artificial Intelligence’ but for… ‘Accelerated Idiotic.’

  • Ireland plans what to buy first with Apple's $14 billion tax windfall

Ireland has around 5 million habitats.
$14 billions is around $2,800- per habitant.
Buy each one Irish person… an iPhone 16 Pro Max, charger, case, Watch, AirPods… or a MacBook…
Ireland does not want the money… so give it back to Apple…

Marketing tagline: “Ireland… the first full iPhonized country… thanks to the EU!”

  • Oprah buys back rights to Apple TV+ documentary about her life so it never releases

quote: “Buying back the rights likely cost a pretty penny, but sources can't agree on how much that may have cost. One says Oprah could have paid Apple TV+ millions for the rights, while another says it isn't in the seven-figure range.”

Maybe yes, maybe not. If I was Oprah… and we are talking about a documentary about my life… before anything I would have include a clause that put myself in ‘final control’ of the project at a ‘set price.’
From my point of view… this is not a ‘post-production set price.’

Oprah is… enough of a big company in herself… to ask for that conditions.

On the other hand… although it is difficult… maybe she made the changes and distribute it by other means.
All this reduces to… the original contract between Oprah-Apple-Director.

But sites love to show Apple's failures… they bring page views… aka ad revenues.
