    US does not have any organization that can fine companies 10% of global turnover before any court appeals are done.  If the EU is not a definition of a kangaroo court, I don't know what is
    If the only thing you're considering is the available fines then you've got a weird-ass definition of a kangaroo court.

    Incidentally, this fine is well short of 10% of global turnover.  It's barely 1% of revenue in the EU.

    Unless the definition of “career politician” has changed recently, that is false. She is not a career politician. She was first elected to political office at the age of 63.     And Tim Cook spent the majority of his life in the real world, not academia.  Does Senator Warren think she can get all the manufacturing equipment out of China within 30 days or whatever?  She clearly does not know the road blocks to this in the real world.  She should let Tim do what he does best.  He is responding to the tariffs as best as possible and may have asked Pres. Trump for more time.  What's the big deal?  Would Senator Warren be happier if Apple just suffered market share to Samsung, and the Androids?  Would that make her happy? 
    She's asking for information, that's all.  If the information backs up what you say then she'll likely be satisfied, or will redirect her criticism to the administration that has caused all the trouble.   

    This has nothing to do with Samsung or Android.  That's a weird angle.
