The Terrorists will continue doing end to end encryption even when it is illegal. Do we expect them to follow encryption law while they are trying to break all the other laws?

I notice you aren't complaining about Apple perhaps "squeezing suppliers" to the point they see little profit if they comply just so that Apple themselves can become even richer. You displayed a different attitude yesterday about Uber squeezing their suppliers (the drivers) so that Uber could increase their margins. Yesterday you called it greed. What is it today?  (not that I agreed with your views yesterday to begin with)

The report doesn't conclude that Apple is cutting builds by 30%. It says that suppliers are being asked to cut prices and take 30% cuts in volume. Sounds more like Apple is bringing in more suppliers for components so that individual suppliers are getting 30% less volume than the 6S. The SoC and camera module supplier make sense to not be included if they are providing tech that cannot be matched by other vendors. Apple would lock them in on pricing and total volume and then put pressure on the components that do not meet that criteria. If you have three sources for something, start squeezing...

Actually, it's "...the former has promised..."  The latter is the second party named.   The Irish government is not fighting any payments.  

The Irish Government actually did say they would fight it. That is what the article was correctly referring to.

Most of the people who have gotten shot deserved what they got, due to their incredible stupidity. I don't care what color you are, don't resist arrest. If you do, then whatever happens to you will be your own making, and I couldn't care less what happens to you in that case.

Did you actually look into what happened to Philando Castile? Sounds like he was doing all of those things and still got killed. He was reportedly reaching for his wallet after he had declared he had a concealed firearm and a permit for it. Yet the cop thought he was reaching for his gun and shot him. If we trust someone to be licensed to carry the gun, the police should have some trust that the person is not going to pull the weapon after they declare they have it as they are legally required to do. It is sad that his parents had told him to comply, comply, comply and he did and is still dead for what looks like being black.

I think this is just noise. Apple seems to do worse in East Texas than they are in China when it comes down to it. Having iPhone leather goods floating around doesn't really hurt them.
