Decade-old Apple Car project may be completely dead
Who knows what is true or whatever was true.... but one thing facing all car manufacturers is the (US) national charging network never really materialized - its is shit. Charging is still way too slow; and the range is still signifcantly subpar on most models
We own one fully electric car and one gas, and will not do an electric again unless there is large improvements in all three areas. Perhaps Apple, if they were doing anything, sees that has a not insignificant issue for wide spread adoption. -
Apple TV+ 'Foundation' leadership rocked after budget drama

Silo was disappointing to me as well - the series, (except for the first and last episodes which I thought were good), was mostly very slow paced and repetitive (the plot progression in those middle 8 episodes could have been covered in two or three...)
Separately, I'm hoping Dune 2 is better than Dune 1, which was rather emotionless, a bit turgid, and spent nearly no time establishing the deep rooted motivations of the characters, Houses, and Emperor needed to care about what was happening. Again, subpar writing. And I'm a big Villeneuve fan... -
Apple Vision Pro followup could be 18 months away
The spatial computing tree will bear more than one fruit for Apple. Another version may drop the Pro designation and eliminate EyeSight to reduce weight and cost for example.
I would be shocked that Apple does did not develop multiple variations at the same time and will release versions strategically... -
Unsurprisingly, Apple Vision Pro lenses will scratch if you try to destroy them

Apple's EU App Store changes are extortion, says Spotify
Here's another insincere idiot wanting free access to someone else's decades long and ongoing investments.
How many third-party companies does Spotify give free access their user bases and services to leverage for their own external benefit?
How many major artists does Spotify give 100% of the revenues to, keeping nothing for themselves?
