It felt like "We've got Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Bob Dylan, U2... they are all going to create cutting edge music you've never heard before.  The greatest artists of our time creating music especially for you!!!"  The truth is that most of these people on stage today are past their creative prime and are just cashing in on the deal.  

Technology will unfortunately return most artists to being poor beggars. Photographers, filmmakers, writers, musicians will not be able to make a living from their crafts in the future.  Technology will make it so that “everyone is an artist” and your reward is a brief moment in the spotlight (your “15mins of fame” as Warhol predicted) before fading into obscurity and giving the other members of the masses their chance. Who needs to learn craft anymore? The tech engineers take care of that for you. Your job is to be at the right place at the right time, lift up that iPhone and push the button.  You win!

Apple needs to come up with the "next thing" - it's been over 7 years since Jobs died and the only "new" thing was a watch.  Tim should bring a tech visionary into the company if there isn't one there already.  

This is what Google gets for all their lobbying efforts and White House access.  They were the #1 lobbying co to the Obama administration.  The whole thing is corrupt.  Laws don't matter anymore.  Politicians aren't really elected by the people.  If you pay off the right people you are above the law.
