Just purchased Day One Premium entirely outside the App Store and Agenda was the same.    This lawsuit has no merit there are plenty of scenarios in where mobile apps are not restricted to Apple's payment processing and fees. 

What do I need another app store for/   What applications are people clamoring for that Apple has put a blockade on?  The lack of detail and specificity here is alarming.   We all new .99 cent applications were unsustainable.    If my groceries have gone up then so have the groceries for the men and women programming these apps. We are all affected by inflation. 

Not a fan of foldable.   Moving parts increase the odds of something breaking. 

Gigabit Ethernet is low end today.  Once your Dock crests the $299,  IP networking has to take a jump in speed.  USB ports and ability to run multiple monitors are simple table stakes today for Docks. 

The only reason why I laugh at the notion of an $2k iPad Pro is not because it's bad hardware.  I just don't feel like iPad OS and iPad software is exceptional given the constraints the iPad places on workflows.  

Reminds of the conundrum the Pre - Jobsian Apple found themselves in with Clones. 

They thought the clone vendors would attempt to expand into new markets but instead they 
simply sought to cannibalize the company with inferior offerings. 

What incentive does Apple have to allow a significant amount of vendors to leverage their distribution 
platform at minimal cost and reap the financial benefits outside of Apple's sphere?
