Future AirPods could use more secure ear-fitting methods to enable fitness tracking featur...

So far, I think they fit more people than not. Personally, I could wear them continuously, all day, if the batteries lasted. (One reason why an OS on the AirPods would be a bad idea.) Five minuets in, I don't even know I'm wearing them. I can't shake them out of my ears.
Recently, I was puttering around the house while streaming a podcast. It stalled, and I knew I'd probably have to reload the webpage, a common occurrence. The stall lasted longer than normal and Iforgetting about it, I decided to take a quick shower. Just as I stepped in, the podcast started up.
Besides scaring the crap outta me, I almost soaked the APs.
So along with better battery life, or a second pair of pods, I'd like to have them heavily water resistance. I can't wear most buds for more than an hour unless they have memory foam tips, then I'll get up to three hours without a break. I don't know if 'better' fitting 'health' pods would last as long as the APs.

Why Apple is now focusing on users, not units in Fiscal 2019
Brilliant analysis! Really enjoyed it.
If Apple doesn't make it, I don't buy it.
I don't buy third party speakers, keyboards, mice, monitors, etc., etc. I try to avoid buying software that is not made by Apple. I use Apple Mail, Podcasts, Calendar, News, Pages, Numbers, Photos, Notes, Keychain, Safari.
I buy/rent all my media through iTunes.
My watch is an AppleWatch. My headphones are Apple AirPods. My set top box is an AppleTV. My phone is an iPhone, notebook is a 2017 MacBook and I own an iMac, and an iPad mini. I use Apple CarPlay in my car.
I've put off buying a DSLR b/c I don't want to deal with a clunky OS.
I don't even look at other manufacture's products, not Samsung, Google, MS, Dell! I consider them all subpar when compared to Apple's offerings.
Best.
(Obviously, I've had to buy a Brother printer and a TV and a POS cable modem, ugh!)

Comparing Apple's new 2018 13-inch MacBook Air to the 12-inch MacBook
I think Apple will keep the MacBook. It's their flagship notebook...read emphasis on portability and elegant design.
If everyone would stop 'belly-aching' about it...It's really what a laptop should be, i.e., super light and thin!
The 2#'s is huge!
Just add the new larger trackpad, latest KB, reduce the bezels, remove the headphone jack and add TouchID and it's a winner! Best laptop I've ever owned!
Oh and keep the rose gold!

P.S. Apple hates swappable batteries, media cards, heft, thickness, physical media, buttons, wires, power bricks, non-retina displays and sorry, superfluous ports. -
