  • Apple debuts new 2TB iCloud storage option for $19.99 per month

Until they allow sharing file links for downloading to non-cloud users, there's no point at all. And Dropbox prices are still better.
I kind of agree. Also, it would be really nice that it would support Family sharing plan, so that I can have all of my family members share that 2TB of cloud storage for backup and personal use. Also, I haven't tried it yet, but it could be great to use that as my Time Machine drive too.

  • Apple CEO Tim Cook sells $36M in Apple stock after receiving 5-year RSU bonus

He's doing pretty well. I still say he'll be entering politics as the next part of his career path.
Wow, that would make one hell of a storied career!!! =)
And I think he will have one great career as a politician too!

  • First video of functional Lightning EarPods hits the web

What if I want to charge my phone while I listen to music? Apple should just go wireless for everything, charging and audio out.

  • AT&T to lean on 'iPhone 7' promotions to temper subscriber decline, analyst says

As someone who upgrades every year AT&T no longer makes any sense. Going straight to Apple for their program this Fall.
Still on AT&T, but bought the phone using Apple's Upgrade Plan for 2 of our family phones. As soon as the other 2 phones are off the AT&T plan, will be shifted the last phones to Apple Uograde plan. This will make us free of AT&T expensive  shankles and then we can move to other providers. I too had been Apple customer since the first IPhone and unlimited data plan, but with more people in my family wanting the phones I had to let go of that unlimited plan - was disappointed that AT&T didn't let me keep my plan. I am done with AT&T soon.

  • Apple to make Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan an Indian brand ambassador - report

    JoP said:
Shah Rukh Khan has 19.7 million followers on Twitter, 19.1 million likes on his Facebook page, and 2 million followers on Instagram. He's also the 2nd wealthiest actor in the world and the 7th-highest paid actor, according to Forbes. He's a brand in himself, so I'd say he's the a big enough celebrity to sell Apple's brand to the world. The fact that he owns his own special effects company and is a real tech nerd is icing on the cake. Perfect pairing.
Exactly! People in western countries (especially US) are very clueless on how significant are some of the Bollywood stars on world stage. I am recall he is a brand ambassador of Rolex and/or Omega too. I am sure Tim didn't make his decision on fly - He was probably advised to do so. I am sure, we will also see Amitabh Bachan, who is a another great Bollywood actor added to the list. If I was Apple, I would add Sachin Tendulkar (The God of Cricket for Indians), though Mukesh Ambani might not have been a brand ambassador for any companies other than his own Reliance, but his company is laying down the 4G LTE in India and I can just see him promoting Apple also (reminds me of AT&T and 1st get iPhone)
