I love the front facing selfie screen.  This is a killer feature that GoPro does not have.

Questions:

1. Does the Osmo Action have a bigger sensor than the GoPro Hero 7?  That would be fantastic if it did.

2. Does the Osmo Action have real-time HDMI output so you can use it for streaming or as a webcam like the Go Pro? If not, then it's dead in the water.

Judges in cases like this may simply award Apple with legal fees owed to them by the plaintiff. No need for another lawsuit.

This is a greed play. Pure and simple.
Essentially, you are renting your BMV for life.

Some car features are necessities for consumers:
1. Air Conditioning
2. Cruise Control
3. Leather Seats
4. Car Play

Manufacturers simply need to realize what is important to consumers i order to sell cars. 

So by using MDM technology, the DEVELOPER can have complete access to your iPhone and its contents and can install apps without your knowledge. 

Obviously, that is a privacy violation - particularly if this gives the DEVELOPER access to your child's iPhone. 

Next thing you know, Child Molesters and Hackers will create apps using MDM technology to take snapshots of your children or yourself in compromising situations. 

Apple is RIGHT to BAN these apps and BAN these Developers for misusing Apple Technology.
