Secrecy might not be the best idea for a project that's going to be open sourced, but for most other stuff it's absolutely critical for Apple, especially since their competitors are going to rip off everything they make once it's released. Product must remain secret during development so their competitors don't steal it before it's even out of the gate.

And that right there is the problem. PRO customers are interested in performance, not energy efficiency. Knock it off with all the 'green' shit already, and give us a PRO notebook that is actually PRO. Both HP and Dell can do it, why the hell can't you Apple? Stop bitching about battery life and build the thing 1/4" thicker to put in a bigger battery. Holy crap, this is not difficult.

Shamesung already "outdoes" Apple in marketshare. What will happen is that Huawei will overtake Shamesung and Apple will remain relatively unchanged.

No no no, can't talk about that. Samsung can do no wrong. They do not have any problems, ever. Apple is the evil smartphone maker. Somehow this must be Apple's fault. /s
