Might depend on how much of an upgrade you wanted. 
They come with only 8GB, so even to go to 16GB through Apple is about $110 difference from buying it at, say, Crucial.
But if you wanted to go all the way to 64GB, the difference between Apple's own upgrade
and buying 64GB seems to be over $750 (if I'm reading it right)...

I tried forwarding it to abuse@apple.com.  It didn't come back, but that doesn't mean it worked, in any meaningful way.
I suppose, if it could reroute you to a "fake Apple" site to reap a password, it could also reroute
anything addressed "abuse" to NeverNever Land just as easily.

Presumably, this says something to the ET's?  
"Fuel & Lodgings, Next Exit"?  
"Eat at Steve's"?

I find that those mediocre calories are among my favorite ones...
