Now that is a statement disqualifying her from the Supreme Court.  The interrogation by members of the Senate on that subject alone may go on for days.

"Madam Attorney General, never mind your opionions on Roe v Wade.  Please explain name the thousands of companies you've used to trample the constitutional rights of....."

As a consumer I've already shifted about $2k per month in personal purchases over to Apple Pay via AMEX.  

That's because my old slow credit union does not yet provide this on their debit card.  Hopefully they get in gear before I move the accounts to a competing credit union that does already offer Apple Pay.

Collectively we shall see if volume matters

The FBI?  Correct, they have no idea why they want into the phone.

Apple?  Apple is perfectly clear why Apple wants no parts of this government out-of-control response.
