So the keystone cops are concerned about a novelty camouflage app that hides but doesn't actually encrypt photos inside of a calculator and Apple actually removed it from the UK App store?  Competent police and snoops would be thrilled to hook up the phone to a Mac/PC and use an app like iExplorer to readily find the 'hidden' photos. 

His points only prove that he wasn't competent in either his understanding of constitutional rights much less encryption.  If there's a backdoor key that Comey and his Orwellian vision of government would have ready access to, the encryption would be a farce.  He's not a good businessman either considering he wants $17.99 for his book.

I don't support Chinese protectionist policies but if one is concerned about "exposing customers to the authoritarian Chinese government", have you forgot that the majority of iPhones are made in China?  

Since the dawn of glass walls, doors, and barriers, people have walked into them.  Bloomberg realized though that if it happens at Apple, it's a story to milk.
