Well any app can come with its own way of encrypting user data in a device or cloud. There is nothing feds can do about it. And if Apple stops approving such apps, there will be always a jailbreak.

The same reasons there always are. It is not just size preference. All aspects of both models should be improved over the previous devices. Both should get better cameras, better flashes, faster processors, stereo speakers, thinner, better graphics, better battery life, better modems, new case styling, etc.

These are just minor incremental improvements.
I am afraid without major innovation this year, peak-iPhone is going to become reality.

 I think the only reason Google is virtually accident-free (at-fault) is because there is always a real driver behind the wheel, 100% alert, and capable of avoiding an accident (otherwise would have been caused by the self-driving system) at a very last moment. But of course Google will sell BS to the public on how this is a result of their ingenious engineering.
