Slurping up all that user data is what they want, even if they can't avoid the fees.

My goodness that's a bit critical (and superior sounding too) - it's a discovery service. Nice way to identify movies/shows you might want to check out, not a poverty scarlet letter with which you're branded for using.

About as useful as turning an Apple Watch into a mechanical one, clever feat more for attention and initial adulation than actual practical usage.

Foreign workers can help get this thing up and running faster, so it has a better chance of success and can scale more quickly so more 'Murkins can work there.
