Editorial: No Bill Gates, Windows was not iPhone's 'natural' nemesis

I will always hate Microsoft for all the time I spent trying to troubleshoot my Windows PCs in the 1990s. The funny thing is, I was an investor and big advocate at the time
You and I had the same past. I used to think computers were supposed to be defragmented and cleaned up weekly. I used to think my Windows machine was better than a Mac because I built it with superior specs. I had never used a Mac. I switched to a Mac and was blown away. I'll always remember that feeling. I felt like I had stepped into a time machine 10 years later. Now I hate Windows for all the hours(days)I spent maintaining their garbage.
Now nothing pisses me off more than some idiot who thinks the same as I did and has never used a Mac. -

It continued work with Microsoft to do this, but as soon as Microsoft felt it could do better on its own, Gates' Microsoft dumped IBM and launched its own plans for Windows.” -

Developers sue Apple over $99 annual fee, mandatory pricing increments of $0.99
Any supermarket takes a fixed rental of shelf space and a % cut of all sales proceedings. Why is 'App Store' being bashed (class actions after class actions) so badly nowadays, esp in the US?
If one day this ecosystem is to collapse, it will be mainly thanks to all these 'nuisance' of not willing to pay for this and that, and the regulators trying to poke here and there just for a show. Why can't these developers just go to Android and Google Play Store instead. It's supposedly free there isn't it? But then, wonder if they can make any decent profit there.

'Sign in with Apple' aims to replace Facebook authentication to keep user data private
Excellent news and I will jump onto it when available.
The ability to mask the real email address is not a new technology. Namecheap.com's WhoisGuard feature is the same approach which masks real email address with random generated email address and it changes every 7 days (at max setting).
Nonetheless, it is really great that Apple is offering this feature with its 'Sign In with Apple' service offering.
