  • New iPad Air & iPad Pro models are coming soon - what to expect

The key here is that, while they are chiefly Mac peripherals, adding USB-C support makes it a bit easier to attach each to an iPad or iPad Pro. This could make the iPad Pro more of a desk-based workstation for users who prefer to work that way.

How so? They’re wireless. For charging, it’s irrelevant.

I had to check the date on this one. Two days overdue.
yup. this stuff is pure fantasy, much like that Apple Car story. Apple was never, ever, going to make a whole car.
Again, what do you think R&D is? Tech for Project Titan was pursued until it was determined that they wouldn't be able to deliver the product they had set out to build. This happens ALL THE TIME. The iPad was shelved before the iPhone, only for it to come out years later. Had they concluded they could build the car product they wanted to, they would have certainly done so. Saying they were "never ever going to" is ridiculous.

I bet this will end up like the Apple car.
Apple just throwing stuff out there and seeing what sticks lol.

Apple does not seem to be focused. Ring, the apple car, robots now.. When can we expect real things?
What do you think R&D is?

And, they are delivering "real things" all the time, what on earth do you mean? It's literally been 3 months since the last major brand new product launch.

  • Thinnest iPhone 16 display bezels still a problem for OLED suppliers

Why so consumed with micron-thin bezels?  Personally, I feel there is a happy place somewhere between no bezel and thick bezels that still maximizes the screen yet also provides more protection from falls.  If the bezel is almost non-existent, so is your screen glass when you drop it on the corner or side.
No. The bezel is not the metal frame, it's the dark area between the frame and the usable part of the screen behind the glass.

  • Apple rolls out minor updates to iWork apps

iWorks is a joke. Just another hobby of Apple to keep people in the ecosystem. Only maintenance updates, no cross platform compatibility, zero innovation.
What do you mean, "no cross platform compatibility"? You can open and save to Word/Excel/PPT formats from their respective counterparts. I haven't needed Office for anything, ever. And how does it "keep people" when there's nothing forcing you to use it at all?
