Apple AirTag leads to arrest of South Carolina burglar in multi-restaurant heist
Sort of mixed messages when it comes to Apple supporting the tracking of people against their knowledge using AirTags. It's apparently wrong, unless it's right. There should really be some clarity, like, the ability to put your AirTag into "stolen device / theft" mode or something along those lines in order to draw a clear distinction between "bad" stalking and "good" stalking (a.k.a. "tracking the bad guys"). -
