As an engineer, I'm constantly entering numbers in AutoCAD, bills of material, and spreadsheets. At home, I enter numbers in personal accounting software and spreadsheets. My productivity would drop dramatically without a numeric keypad.

"Patina" is a nice way of saying scratches, scuffs, tears, gouges, rips, swelling, and discoloration.
I've been very pleased with my Apple leather cases. I've found them to be minimalist, yet functional and durable - almost self-healing over time.

We have a $5,000 label maker at work that uses Windows CE. The hardware is fantastic. The software is atrocious.
I wish all new cars came with a built-in iPad running iOS. Even a first-generation iPad running iOS 3.2 would work better than the garbage manufacturers have been slopping into cars for the last several years.

I LOVE the inky blacks produced by OLED screens. I HATE the potential for "burn-in".
I was in Best Buy yesterday looking at an OLED TV. I almost bought it until I noticed a faint, LG logo "burned in" to the screen.
