Agreed. How long has it been now? Thought this was a great idea when it launched but seems to be taking them a particularly long time even to roll out to the other territories that usually follow.ionicle said:

Testing the new HomePod mini music Handoff feature in iOS 14.4
I realise the original HomePod doesn’t have the U1 chip so mightn’t be able to do any or all of this. However, if using with an iPhone with a U1 is there any suggestion that some of it may still work? I currently find handoff a bit hit and miss so at the least would hope it may improve with this update for all homepods -
Apple debuts new MacBook Air with Apple Silicon M1 chip
It all looks very impressive. I was hoping for a return of the 12” MacBook, or at least the mooted below a 1kg system. So I’ll hold off in the hope we get one or the other. I’m sure the tech abilities will mean a lighter Air, or similar, at some time.

Any chance that the mooted return of the 12” MacBook and the new 13” Air are the same machine? A new MacBook in the 12” form factor but smaller bezels so 13”? Maybe combing the best of both - do extra port, Touch ID?
